New ReviewerI bought some time ago two pairs of Tommy Bahama Classic Fit jeans that are 35% Tencel, 65% Cotton. One is still new and another I wear occasionally. These jeans are comfortable, but wore out very fast. It is unusual, since I have also another pairs of 100% Cotton Tommy Bahama jeans and can compare.
TB customer service advised me to visit their store and try Belize model as a replacement with 98% cotton, 2% spandex. In the store, I found only two models of jeans! (Compare it to TB website). Not this store, nor three other stores within 150 miles had Belize model. Also, one available model was too long, at least 1 inch longer than described. Arenโt they having no rulers anymore? Quality of fabric and making become lower comparing to what I used to buy.
At the end, TB customer service offered only $50 off MSRP for their website purchase. Not much at all.
I think TB brand is going downhill.
